Processing time: Processing is immediate and production takes 1-3 business days. Due to the quick turnaround and our business model, we cannot accept any cancelations.
Shipping time: Orders may arrive between 4-10 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. We will make our best efforts to meet any estimated delivery dates, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or carrier delays

Shipping restrictions: We currently only ship within Mexico.
Delivery errors: If there is an error with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to report the issue. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. If the error is due to an issue with the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and provide you with a replacement order or a refund. If the error is due to an error on our end, we will take full responsibility and provide a replacement order or a refund, depending on your preference.
