Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Policy:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment to request a return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the item and confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Customer Error Policy
If you made an error in your order, such as selecting the wrong size, cropping, material or style selection, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Please note that all returns and refunds are subject to our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet our criteria.

Holiday Season Policy
During our busy holiday season we try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.
Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Dekoor or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding.
